I ordered two saris from Shrugi from Facebook. I got it delivered by cash on delivery. After opening the package I found that I received low-quality products which were different from the ones I had ordered. I tried contacting them through telephone and WhatsApp. Then I messaged them through Facebook and they blocked me on facebook. I sent them an email and they replied by asking for my order details and such. Later I received an email asking for my account details so that they could be sent me a check. Till now I have not received any positive response from them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
