Meesho - Got garbej box

Sub Order ID ************_* I order this few days ago and when I received I got empty box it was first time when I order this from meesho and when I connect to customers service I got email that i will get resolution in ** hours but it has been now two days and i didn't get any update so i connect with customer care but they said we can't help you bcz you didn't follow terms and conditions and i said it was my first order I paid full amount and as your rule I complain this matter in under ** hourse so which terms and conditions you are talking about and agent said I don't know but I can't help you in this matter it means if I got box full of garbez it was I deserve bcz I place order from meesho this is how you cheat your customers don't take money from hard earn money from someone even they don't have any reason to why they don't give our money this company is just looting there customers if I don't get any resolution I will file a case I don't care about my **** I juzz care about that nobody can fool customers my compain id ************
