Shopleague.in - Got fake defective product

Sir I got cheated by online mobile website .. shopleague.inthey told they will send one plus * refurbished mobile with company warranty and sent me a fake iPhone for ***** rupees and submitted all fake addresses of their office . Almost nearly ** days completed but everyday they are telling they will give refund but not giving . I even went to their mentioned address in their website to Gujarat from Andra Pradesh by spending my **** rupees to know it is a fake address .. can you pls help me
