Meesho aap - Got empty box

Hello,

I’m writing in regards to my recent purchase of (item name) ordered from your site on (date) worth ₹**,***. As informed earlier I received an empty parcel which as per discussion with your support team I didn’t open and after raising a return request, the empty box (opened by delivery boy)got returned with a wrong reason stating “Quality check failed”

How the quality will fail when there is no product in the box?

Despite raising so many concerns with Meesho team and customer support my issue is still not resolved and I didn’t get my refund as well.

Also, the courier partner is saying they didn’t picked this order. Then please check who picked this order and delivered to me. To have the background check and proof of statement i’m attaching CCTV footage of the both the days when the parcel was delivered and returned back. This is a humble request to kindly check this issue at your earliest and process my refund ASAP!
