Minnoz - Got defective piece

I ordered * pieces of clothes and i got only two which are also defective. They sent two cardboards along to make the parcel heavy but inside it was a defective piece. I got back to that online shopping platform website but there it shows that the website is closed. Then i sent an email to their shopping account but there also it shows "Your message wasn't delivered to mdhoping@outlook.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." Please help.
