I ordered for an Apple watch strap on May **. I raised for a return the day I got the product because of its bad quality. There refund policy said we need to send out an email to there support channel before * days. I sent multiple emails to take back the item but haven't heard anything from them. It looks like a clear case of negligence and unprofessional support system.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
