Style bazzar - Got abused by staff at exit gate

I went to style bazar bokaro store sec * and they handed me ebill on my phone ...due to many things in my hand which I purchased i told the lady at d exit counter to give me my baggage first and then I will show u ebill ...but just bcoz my phone was hanging and slow c started abusing me and made us embarrassed I went inside and told the boy at counter * give me paper bill he told me he can't and also told me c will scold u as c has right to do that ...so it means if I would have unable to show ebill c would have beaten us
