I am writing to report an incident on **-**-**** Booking ID (AY**********), travel from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. At about in night around * am on the way , after I raised an emergency stop request on the website and called the driver, the driver and two crew members verbally abused us and one attempted to physically assault me. I felt threatened and unsafe. My emergency raise was to tell driver to stop the bus for * mins as my sister had to pee and she had her periods on the way I politely requested to stop at any washroom or petrol pump.

I do not have photos, but I have booking confirmation and call logs showing my calls to the driver at. I will be filing an FIR with the local police and request that you immediately preserve CCTV footage from the bus and depot for that trip and provide details of the driver and crew involved.

Please acknowledge receipt within ** hours and confirm the actions you will take
