Zylawear - Got a scam product and want a refund

I have ordered zyla ultimate adjustable sports bra pack of * of Rs ***/- but I have received * bras of very cheap quality which is very different from product I have ordered. I am very disappointed and I emailed them but didn't receive any answer ,I checked that this site was not legit and its a fraud site.
