I had received d saree which s totally different from the saree which I booked.when called customer care some * boys recieved the call and are making words saying to share my credit or debit card details so the amount would be refunded.When I asked how money can be transferred to card they are saying "Card to card transfer".
Pathetic ppl.They r sending some junk messages saying to fwd to some other number (**********).Who knows the number truly exists or not.
Horrible experience for the first time shopping from online source.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
