I have purchased a power bank and wireless headset from aboutfactory but I get cheated they send me defective product . Power bank is not getting charged and wireless is also not working so I please to them to give me my refund amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
