My headphones of Skullcandy was stopped working on * jan ****. It was in warranty so i sent it to customer care distributor that is brand eyes in noida. my product was delivered to them on * jan ****. The procedure of there product checking period was of * week till * feb they kept saying that my product isn't delivered but then on *th feb **** se said its delivered to them they will take * weeks to give it back to me now. So on ** feb i got the headphones back which was about after * and half months. The product was fully damaged it was used product. The name of the product is Skullcandy crushers i bought it for Rs **** at headphonezone. The product they returned me on ** feb **** was fully damaged it was used product and its buds( cushions) was in bad condition like its been used by someone for a long time.. so the thing is theu took *x of the procedure time but they still didn't gave me the right product
