Margadarsi Chit Fund Private Limited Kakinada Branch - Gorrela Padmavathi and another

The Cause of action for the Complaint arose on **-**-**** when the first Complainant joined in Chit bearing No.LT**XK-**, P.SO No.***/**** for Rs.**,**,***/- by paying Rs. **,***/- on the advice of the third Respondent and on the same day when the third Respondent further advised the first Complainant to join in another Chit, which is commenced earlier than the previous chit and promised to declare highest bidder if she join another chit and adjust the amount of Rs.**,***/- paid by first Complainant on the previous Chit as it is not pooled required members and on the same day, when the first Complainant joined the second Complainant, who is daughter of first Complainant and paid Rs.**,***/- in Chit No..LT**TK**, P.SO.No.***/**** for Rs.*,**,***/- and when the second Complainant became highest bidder and paid monthly Chit amount till recently regularly and when both Complainants demanded for adjustment of Rs.**,***/- in the chit of Second Complainant, the amount paid in the previous chit of first Complainant as promised by the third Respondent from the beginning and when the respondents failed to adjust Rs.**,***/- as promised and on **-**-**** when the Respondents withhold Rs.*,***/- and when the first Respondent demanded to pay an amount of Rs.**,***/- without adjusting amount of Rs.**,***/- and Rs.*,***/- as agreed and when Respondents harassing by sending messages and by visiting their house and demanding to pay the second chit balance amount without adjusting first Chit amount of Rs.**,***/- and Rs.*,***/- retained with the first Respondent and on **-**-**** when the Complainants got issued a Regd. Legal Notice to the Respondents by demanding to return the amount of Rs.**,***/- with interest or adjust the amount in the chit of the Second Complainant and on **-**-**** when the first Respondent got issued a reply notice with false and untenable allegation and failed to pay the amount of Rs.**,***/- or failed to adjust the amount as promised by the third Respondent and
when the Respondents harassing by sending messages and by visiting the house of the Complainants on several occasions by causing inconvenience and created mental agony to the Complainants and when the Complainants entitled for damages for the inconvenience caused by the Respondents and at Kakinada where the first Respondents office situated and entire cause of action arose, which is with the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court.
