Google pay MMTC - Google pay gold locker refund

I bought gold from google pay gold locker, However my transaction failed. I reached out to google Pay support chat and they said that the money would be refunded back in *-* working Days. I still haven't received my money back and every time I call them they say that they have escalated the problem but the money has never been refunded. I have received multiple "support" emails from google in response to my written emails to Google India Support team but nothing has come out of it and I am tired for trying to reach to them to get my money back.
