Corpporeal - Google ads did not update my payment on their online page due to which my business has suffered grea

We have been Complaining since **.July.**** after making payment to google ads since **.july.**. Google ads confirmed receiving payment. But still not updated our payment status to reflect on their online Google Ads page.
Again we sent Messages on **.July.****.
RESENDING AGAIN **.JULY.**
Our payment made on **.July.**** to Google ads mumbai(india) citibank branch account# GIPLR**FB**Y does not seem to be updated on Google ads online page, although our ad titled -- RupaKesa Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil, seem to show as activated on the Mobile App.
Therefore our landing page video has been facing great BUSINESS LOSS due to zero clicks or visits or views since more than a week now BECAUSE OF GOOGLE ADS FAILURE TO REFLECT OUR PAYMENT STATUS IN THEIR ONLINE PAGE. Their online page still shows NIL for our account Corpporeal as of today **.**.****. We have been continuously making requests to resolve issue but no reply from google.
Attached two screenshots taken today **.July.**** clearly shows our payment made on **.July.**** has not been updated till date. We need compensation for our business loss damages from google Ads.
YOUR INDIAN REP SIMPLY SENT US EMAIL **.JULY.** WITHOUT GIVING A WORKING PHONE NUMBER FALSELY SAYING HE TRIED CONTACTING US BUT NO RESPONSE. OUR CALL RECORDS DOES NOT SHOW HIS MISSED CALL. PLEASE RESOLVE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
