Hello sir / madam ,Old one touch blood glucose device was exchanged for new device with an assurance of ** test strips of new device to be delivered to home after paying the amount of ****rs ,i did paid the amount and took the offer but the test strips were not delivered to me yet after making the purchase on october-**-****. Please look into the issue and see that i will receive the ** blood glucose strips to be delivered to home . Thank you .
