I placed an order for Rs **** on December **** through instagram. I started chasing them after * months as they had ,in the beginning said they will take ** days maximum to deliver. Post that they just gave dates but never delivered. On asking for refund they made excuses and spoke terribly and were never apologetic.

In the end when I told Ms Shweta I will complain abt them , she said if I threaten them she will not refund and give the money to charity.
