A packet was delivered by ekart DB and the due COD was collected from my wife kajal lata ghosh this afternoon. Though she complained that no such order was placed the DB pleaded helplessness saying "you're the addresse " Since we keep ordering online and frequently by cod she relented. After the DB left she cross checked, also with me only to realize that she had been duped. The label itself looks fraudulent as it carries no online marketing names from whom we generally order. Attached is the label along with a barcode, searching which is quite futile. Please help to restore our reliance on online purchase.
