Parinika handlooms - Goods not delivered

I bought silk saree worth *k from Parinika in march. I havent received it yet. No tracking details were provided. I was promised replacement saree, but, very bad response. My bad i went and placed order for one more silk lehenga a month back as she promised itcwill be delivered immediately. As it was urgent paid **** and placed order. But thr also not delivered. Whn asked for tracking details shez dude asking me to wait..doesnt pick calls and very bad attitude as she has taken money already. Now all the occassions for which i ordered these are gone. I need my money back.pls help.
