I had made payment to two merchants on **/**/**. They have not received an amount to their account. So that they did not delivered goods to me. Regarding same, I contacted to helpline number. But they closed my complain without resolving it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
