I have done online shopping from this website on **/**/**** and was supposed to get the delivery of the product on **/**/**** but I have yet to receive the goods. I have written them a mail **/**/**** and they have replied back on **/**/**** through mail that we will check the status, after which I have sent reminders and they have not replied back. On searching the review of this company on internet I have found out that there are many people having the same complaint that they have taken money from them and not delivered the goods. Hence I feel this is an online fraud and would like to take legal action against them. My Order No: #**** dated **/**/**** and payment done through my debit card of ICICI bank ref no: VIN/RAZ STRI ON/************/****** ******. I have also filed an complaint with the consumer helpline and my complaint ref no: ******* dated **/**/****.
