S l enterprises aka Wood Stock Factory - Goods not delivered after taking full amount and saying products have got shipped

I have ordered furniture through online by looking at the Instagram account and they have said the products will get dispatched in ** days. After a lot of follow up they showed the products which I ordered and given a bill saying that products got dispatched after a month. When I contacted the delivery they said the products are not handed over to them and asked not to contact them and the seller said the products are dispatched and it’s been * months I have not received my products after making full payment on the day they said that the products have got dispatched
