Shree Maruti Courier - Goods missing from package

I used the service of Shree Maruti courier. I sent some goods to U.P. The package value was *,**,***/-. They stole or missed one unit from * units which I have sent in a box. The initial weight was *.* kg but the client received *.* kg.
They gave me insurance of parcel. But now they claim it was done by mistake. We didn't give insurance. Shree Maruti courier gives the worst service to the client. Here I request to don't use it.
