Pooja Packers Logistics - Goods damaged during movement by a logistics company

I had contacted Pooja Packers & Logistics in Yeshwanthpur Bangalore. They gave me a quotation of INR **** upon listening to the number of goods I have for movement from Bangalore to Kolkata. On **st July, ****, they came and packed my goods and sent me a bill of *****+, for * extra bag, they charged me ****. After a lot of conversation, they finally charged me **** extra. I had no option as I had my flight to Kolkata next morning.
Then they started their harassment process. They did not dispatch my goods for * weeks from Bangalore even after getting the full payment and kept lying everyday. Finally when they shared the tracking id, I saw they were dispatched after ** days from the day the goods were picked. They took another ** days to get them delivered, while Ajit from Pooja Packers had claimed to deliver in * days in the beginning.
Once my stuff arrived, **% of them were damaged. I shared pictures of damaged goods with Ajit from Pooja Packers, he kept paying around for a week, them asked me get them repaired and send them the bill. I did it, then he started disconnecting my calls and shares no update.
I want my entire cost back, which I incurred during goods movement plus repairing cost. Also, want to file a case against them for harassment they have caused to me in these * months.
