Hi Team,
Goods sent through Professional Courier on **st of June from Bhagalpur to Chennai (ref: BHR********) was promissed to be deliver within * days but delivered only after * days. Due to this the Good worth Rs **** have been damaged by Rats in the tansit and none of the goods were in usable condition.
I request you to urgently look into this issue and action accordingly to compensate for this loss to the end user.
