SPNZAUTOTECH - Gomechanic using the car garage name and address without consent

Complaint Information:
Go mechanic have listed our name “SPNZ Autotech” on various website and social portals and impersonating our brand/name to attract customers digitally.
The enquiries further received/known are being approached and poached to get work done from other similar vendors.
This have caused heavy damage to our business/customer search and digital presence.

How we came to know:
We do digital promotion, campaigning and feedback publishing of our customers/employees/work portfolio.
We did similar campaign after COVID.
We requested all our customers to submit review and perform activities like “Like URL’s” , “Share URL’s” refer our name online to friends and known contacts.

Incident Details
On Justdial/Vymaps/Gomechanic website - our brand name are being used till date (screenshots attached)
Recently our customer tried searching for our web page and contact - they were directed to Go-mechanic due to false/inappropriate branding
The customer was sent to other location - then we were made aware by customer that our name and address are being used by Gomechanic (Noida based Car aggregator)

Due to above impersonation - we are unable to tag our business online or Understand wrong routing of customer due to Impersonation of Go-mechanic
Above was reported to Just-dial , Go mechanic (Over call’s) , vymaps on their site (We have the call recordings for the said )
