Gomechanics Car Service - GoMechanic is a big fraud

Gave my car for service on **june , for servicing and complaint of notice while turning steering wheel to right side . Advisor agreed and said need to check once car is opened for detailed investigation . Suggested changes of parts to take care of issue , Raised a bill of ***** which I agreed and then after ** days of reminder was told the fault is different and discovered on final trial , another **** were added to the invoice which I reluctantly agreed . Car handed on **th around * pm .....I drove the car for ** kms and it stopped , after.much struggle reached destination but the car stopped *-* times and the *st and *th gears were missing . Also the car front suspension were sounding as if broken or lost screw ....Called and called and then around *** pm a technician came and diagnosed that the gear wire assembly is broken so needs replacement , he called a towing van and the car was towed by around ****pm same night .....I escalated and spoke to all people from goMechanics about my issue and all alwould apologise but wanted me to pay for the towing , replacement parts etc ...The matter kept on lingering and only on **nd June they entered the car in their ayaten as a fresh walk-in .....Now I have been asked to pay **** for the repair / replacement ....Since **nd till today have tried to call and get update on delivery of my car but an told it will be told once the car is sent to earlier workshop for further diagnosis .....Sheer harassment ...Escalation team of Jhanvi and Tushar , local incharge Amit Tiwari and the GoMechanic Mayank Vishwakarma all are talking vaguely and not telling why this delay in handing my car despite the claim that the matter is minor and already repaired ....What to do .. I have been paying for repairs which apparently haven't been able to resolve the problems ....Don't know what now ..Let someone intervene and resolve ....I am very perturbed by this callous attitude .
