Sri Sai Krishna jewellers Mahabubnagar - Gold ornament given order is not within the specified weight and not exactly similar design

I have ordered an gold ornament for ** grams in the month of February ****.he said he will delivered on ** March ,****.He has not delivered within the time and on March ** I went to the shop the design was completed changed and I said, I does want that,he argued saying how come, you have to take,I said no,and even I said if it is not possible to prepare the design within the specified weight I will select another the design I said but he said no I will make it similar with in the same weight but finally * April **** I went to the shop to get the ornament,but it's not in specified weight and not exactly same design. So I said no I don't want ,please return my gold I said.Now he is saying he will not return my gold and saying where ever you want you go but I will not return.so kindly support and guide me in this regard.thank you
