Muthoot finance Ltd - Gold loan settlement

I have taken a gold loan from muthooth chikkadpally branch(*****) on **/*/**
On that only I have told that I don't have money to repayment u can put in auction that branch manager had promised me soon as possible they will put in auction after * year iam getting calls that ur * year agreement time has been completed u have to renewal for next year again I have visited that branch on **/**/** again I have written * letter regarding i don't have any issue u can put my gold in auction & submitted in the branch still till date they have not put In auction this all this stupid thing ur doing is ur business strategy because interest rate is increasing day by day so **/**/** again I have visited branch to settlement they have charged
*,***** rupees as interest for ** months for *,***** rupees.I have asked to give some discount In interest charges.so will settle and close the total loan agreement.but they are refused that they will not give even * rupees as discount.
