Png - gold coin order cancelled when rates increased

I had ordered * **g gold vedhani from AJIO from PNG seller on **th December at rate of around ***k per **g. The order was supposed to be delivered by *th January but was not delivered and eventually cancelled on **th January when gold rate had reached around ***k per **g. AJIO told me that the seller PN Gadgil has cancelled the order. I was not given any compensation for my loss of around * lakh rupees and the mental agony I went through. I tried contacting PNG over mail/calls but there has been no response from them.
