Extremely poor management and fraudulent practices. The staff never explained the scheme details clearly, nor do they provide alerts or calls if an installment is missed. Their app shows *.***g of gold (approx. ₹*,**,***), yet the branch claims I can only withdraw ₹**,*** cash—a massive loss of nearly half my money. They are looting hard-earned savings and causing heavy mental pressure. Do not trust this jeweler
