My PNR is Y*M*HV my flight was from Mumbai to Jammu on the **th October ****, I had canceled my tickets under medical grounds to which I was entitled to a refund of Rs ****, I had submitted all the required documents to the required authority under the email id feedback@flygofirst.com, the first email was sent by me on **st of October ****, till date I have not received any reply whatsoever from the above-mentioned email id. The customer care department of go first uses delay tactics and false promises and till date has not given us any sufficient reply. As a last resort we can only see through a consumer complaint our dispute will be resolved.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
