I am Divya Rajendra Kumar. I took car cleaning package for * months for Rs **** on Dec **th ****. They told they wil start service by Dec **th **** but didn't. Again they postponed it telling they will start by Jan *th ****, again didn't. I tried to contact them thru call but the number was not working. Then I contacted through WhatsApp and asked them to refund the money. They told they have initiated refund and it will take * to ** days. I haven't received the refund yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
