Yearly subscription for car cleaning services taken on *th April **** yet invoice not received, requested callback twice no one responding, customer support number not reachable, website not working connected with Admin staff number retrieve from MCA site told shall be arranging callback from support yet call not received. Also neither invoice of payment not cleaning staff contact details received. No email received post payment as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
