GODREJ BOYCE - GODREJ LOCKING

I bought the Godrej Lock for my safety door from your Authorized dealer M/s Poonam Plywood Nallaganla (Hyderabad) on Oct *, ****. I raised the request for installation of the lock (Model no. **** - Outside opening)- Pics of Door and Lock is attached for your reference as suggested by your technician Mr. Parmesh (Ph: **********) and Vasavi Marketing (Ph: **********) after evaluation of my door at my place!

I ordered the same to your authorized dealer- Ms Poonam plywood and got the model purchased paying IR ****/- in Nallagandla Hyderabad.

Now when I am calling Mr. Parmesh he is saying for INR ***/- per lock fitting , he cannot come and spend time as this lock installation will take lot of time. I said, I could have get this done by Carpenter, however, I will loose out on Guarantee if not installed by Godrej, he mentioned, he will put the signature and stamp, I can get done by Carpenter but he is ignoring to fix.

Is this the kind of trained professionals Godrej have in team? My Door is w/o lock and your service team is ignoring to service? If your locks are not that easy for your team to install, why do you manufacture such locks which your team could not fix the same?
