Godaddy India Web Services Private Limited - Godaddy suspended our website

To whomsoever it may concern, i, C.B. JayaKumar, have registered my company domain as "www.galaxyeservices.com" with godaddy nine years before and is currently active now. My concern is Godaddy has suspended our company website stating that storing files in a manner for which it is not intended or compatible. Due to the critical nature of this issue, it was necessary to suspend your website hosting account, to mitigate its negative impact on the shared website hosting environment. While you will need to fully review your current and intended usage, the following is of primary concern at this time:
All *.pdf, *.rar and *.doc files from the hosting account.

In fact, i have been uploading the above said formatted files for the past nine years. Godaddy neither suspended our website nor sent any notification in that regard.Now, Godaddy finds negative impact I have paid subscription for Economy plan that ends on July **** which has * GB and *** GB storage capacity. To my knowledge, we have consumed ** GB of data earlier and also have removed ** GB of data upon the receipt of the above complaint. Godaddy insists to remove all files from the ftp, which i said not possible as our core line of business lies on uploading files based on these formats which our customer is benefited. Moreover, it the service we offer to our customer.

I need to register complaint on Godaddy and take appropriate actions to prevent Godaddy from removing our business content from ftp. Also, please issue an order to revoke our suspension of our website. If the above action is not possible, then please transfer our domain to google or any trusted registrar.
