Gocash - gocash loan fraud

i had downloaded go cash app and filled in the details
which they had asked for and they asked me to send deposit money of rs.*** which will be refunded by adjusting in the loan amount I paid the amount by googlepay but i didnot receive either any message or the loan amount credited to my account
kindly help me to get refund of *** and oblige
