I Booked Flight Tickets Worth Rs.**** Of Goair Via Yatra.Com...Yatra Ref. No. *************...Goair pnr Z*JHNM.. Airline Had Cancelled The Flights And I Was Unable To Travel....I Asked For Refund From Yatra.com And They Transferred Only Rs.*** Instead Of Rs.****...When asked about this to yatra.com they are telling that airline didn't transfer full amount...I sent many emails to Goair and No Reply from them..Both parties failed to provide the service for which I paid money and above that charged penalty over me for their fault .Very very injustice..
