Go Mechanic Spares - Go Mechanic Spares not refunding my money

I bought * tires from Go Mechanic spares on *rd January ****. And the order got cancelled on **th January as they don't have the items in stock. At the time of cancelling the order I was mentioned that I will get a refund processed within ** working hours. But, till now I have not received my refund to my source payment. I wrote multiple emails to their customer support but no one responds to those emails. I tried calling their customer care but I am not able to talk with any one and my call gets disconnected.
Can you please help me by getting back my refund.
