Go Life Vacations - Go Life Vacations Fraud

On *th October, my wife and I were at Rainforest restaurant when we were approached by one of Go Life Vacations representatives, who offered us scratch cards. Both of us participated, and were informed that we had won a lottery. We were then taken to a private room where a seminar was conducted, explaining different membership plans and benefits.

During the seminar, we were assured that the EMI for the membership would not begin until we had experienced the services and provided our approval. It was clearly stated that no payments would be initiated until we had completed a trial and given our confirmation to proceed. On this basis, we agreed to purchase the membership.

However, in direct contradiction to the promise made, the EMI payments have already been charged to our credit card, without us using any services or providing approval. This breach of trust has led us to lose faith in the company, and we no longer wish to continue with the membership.

We have contacted the company and discussed alternative solutions, but we are firm in our decision to cancel the membership. As no services have been used, we are requesting a full refund of the amount paid. Unfortunately, the company has not addressed the issue satisfactorily. Please don't trust them whatever they are saying all lies.
