Selling holiday packages loyal tree go life vacation OPC Pvt Ltd - Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt Ltd

On **th April **** we went to Lonavala for * Day Vacation wherein we met Go Life Vacation people who was doing promotion activities for Loyal Tree Holidays. After spending approx * hours with them and discussed about the Holiday packages they offering for **Years * Night and * Days they asked to pay INR ****** and INR **** as maintenance charge yearly.

We were continuously saying no to them that we were not interested to buy any package of holidays from them. They kept on forcing us to buy their packages and check their services if we did not like their services we can immediately cancel our package.

We did not agree to buy their packages so they asked for our debit cards. So that we can buy their packages for only Re * and within ** days if we want later we can cancel our package. Without our knowledge they asked for a loan from our bank of Rs ***** from my account and ***** from my wife account. They asked us to enter our pins only to check the limits that our bank is providing us.

After returning to our hotel room we searched for Go life we found out that it is a fake company.
After noticing these details I called and also sent message to Go life to refund my payment but they refused to settle the payment.

Again I called them,but there is no proper response or they again and again declining to make the refund.
