n ** October ****, while visiting Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island), we were approached outside CS Empire Hotel by representatives of Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt. Ltd. They asked us to scratch a “prize card” and claimed we had won a gift voucher. They then requested us to attend a short presentation on the first floor.

Inside, the team conducted a long and high-pressure sales session. The network connectivity in that area was extremely poor, so we were unable to verify anything online. They made many claims about hotel benefits, lifetime holidays, and special offers, creating urgency and pressure. They never verbally informed us that the agreement was “non-refundable.” After the intense presentation, we were rushed to sign the papers, only later realizing such terms were written in the document.

Because of the pressure and inability to check the company’s credibility due to no internet, we purchased the membership for ₹*,**,*** (two credit card transactions).

Once we left the location and got proper network, we checked online and found multiple complaints and fraud reports from many consumers describing the same pattern of misrepresentation and high-pressure sales used by this company.

Realizing this, we immediately emailed Go Life Vacation the next day (** October) requesting cancellation and refund. They acknowledged the email but have not provided any further response, nor have they processed the cancellation or refund. They have remained silent despite follow-up.

We have not used any service, and due to the misleading sales environment and loss of trust, we do not wish to continue with the membership.

This incident has caused significant financial stress and emotional distress.

What I am seeking:
