Go First Airline - Go First Flight Cancelled Old age parents stuck at Kolkata

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
My flight for the pnr M*SG*Z got cancelled and my old age parents will get stuck at Kolkata. Kindly do something to re-accomodate them in flights of any other airlines. Kindly help.
