GoAir Airline - GO AIR TICKET CANCELLATION REFUND

I booked one ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata on **th June, **** and cancelled the ticket the very next day (on **th June).
GoAir told me that I will get the refund within * days but unfortunately I didn't get a refund within * days.. I called their Customer care today after * days they are telling they have initiated but they don't know when I will get it..
I am requesting the refund amount ASAP.
