Dear sir/ madam
On Saturday, **.**.****, at *.** pm. I bought a manga drink. While drinking it towards the end, a glass piece got stuck in my mouth. I have taken photos and a videos of it and brought this to the attention of the shop owner. If by chance I had swallowed this glass piece without noticing, it would have seriously affected my health. Still, how can this company act so irresponsibly and cause trouble to the common people? Therefore, I kindly request you to take necessary action.
