Faye Wintle filed complaint against Ecom express delivery on Dec 20, 2022
Ecom delivery person Ronaldo Je claimed the package was mine, over the phone since I was not at home, and said it was cash on delivery. I paid the Rs *** to his gpay account. When I returned, I saw that the package had been ripped open and cellotaped. There were NO DETAILS on the package except my name which was scribbled in pen. Despite repeated messages to him to refund my money, he is refusing to do so. This is someone else's return item. Even the item inside does not have any tags or anything and there is no bill either.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
