It is almost * month and there was no reply or progress status shared with me. I chased Phoenix mall store (from where I bought the phone) but only abstract reply without any status. I raised ticket in customer care again without explanation asking for **-** days. I have not seen any passive service center as of CEX. Very clueless employees without any skills.
