AKHILNATH A filed complaint against BOAT on Sep 5, 2021
This is the second time they give me faulty product. The first product to come was a manufacutring fault. When it is exchanged and a new product arrives, its battery runs out very quickly. According to the company, * days go by and not a single day goes by without a charge. How can you be they so irresponsible? I am not at all satisfied with their service and the quality of their goods. So I have to return my money and take the goods.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
