Times Of Yatra - Gifts promised but not delivered and GST amount not refunded

I have been promised to get a gift for buying two-holiday packages at a ** per cent discounted rate and was asked to pay a GST amount before handling. The person who contacted me first is Rohit. After payment is done that fraud is not responding. I contacted the customer care number which is switched off for many months. Few times I was able to reach to them and for that one lady was responding saying you will be getting the amount for GST alone since you have bought the package. And that too in ** to ** working days.
I made payment on September **th **** and don't know when this **-** working days will be completed to refund my transactions. They even said that this package is refundable after one year. So for GST itself if they are prolonging till one year. Not even sure if it will be refunded or not. I don't know how to do these guys guarantee a refund for the package.
