Gift To Pune - Gift not delivered

On the occasion of Rakhi, I wish to send a small gift for my brother who is in Pune. There is one chat box through which all the conversation going on. I ordered a customized Basket containing Butter Cookies, Haldiram Snacks along with One Dairy Milk Chocolate. The Executive Person named Mr Rahul who did all the conversation and committed that by the evening this gift delivered to your brother by *:** pm. The shocking part is that no chat box appears on the site. He said do payment through Google Pay on this number **********. He said shared your transaction ID No. I shared the details with him. He has taken my brother address along with his Mobile No. and recipient name, email id and my number. The worst part is now they are not picking the calls nor they replied on mails. Request you to please look into the matter and refund back my money. As **** Rs. is not a small amount. Take strict action against Mr Pritam Roy and his so-called company named Gifts-To-Pune (India Shopping Plaza). Mr Roy earns money on your honesty not by doing fraud like this.
